Ik dacht dus – echt waar – dat het nog maar één jaar, misschien anderhalf jaar geleden was dat ik hier meerdere blogposts deelde met allerlei boeken waarin boeken een belangrijke rol spelen. Blijkbaar is de laatste post uit die rubriek al meer dan drie jaar geleden en dat terwijl ik na het opsommen van prentenboeken, jeugdboeken, YA boeken, verhalen over boekenclubs, bibliotheken, boekenwinkels, … eigenlijk nog steeds moest tonen welke boekige boeken ik zelf in mijn kast heb staan.

Ondertussen zijn er uiteraard ook weer heel wat nieuwe boeken verschenen die in deze categorie vallen dus misschien moet ik later – indien daar interesse voor is – nog maar eens wat meer recente lijstjes samenstellen en met jullie delen. Maar voor nu beperk ik me dus tot de verschillende boeken waarin boeken in de spotlight worden gezet die ik zelf bezit …

De Leesclub van Elizabeth Noble

is volgens mij het oudste boekige boek in mijn kast en meteen ook het eerste verhaal dat ik las waarin een leesclub centraal stond. Het leek me dan ook logisch om deze lijst met dit boek te laten starten.

Ik dacht dat het totale aantal wel zou meevallen vermits alle iets wat romantische boekige boeken op één plank staan in de kast. Maar tegen dat ik daarnaast ook de manga’s, jeugd – en YA boeken, prentenboek, comics, graphic novel en non-fictie boeken had vermeld bleek het toch een behoorlijk lange lijst te worden.
